As of September 2021, I am working in the MARVEL project, which is receiving funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation program (grant agreement No 957337). The project aims at empowering smart city authorities to better support their citizens. MARVEL combines technologies in AI, analytics, multimodal perception, software engineering, and HPC as part of an Edge-Fog-Cloud Computing Continuum paradigm, supporting data-driven real-time application workflows and decision-making in modern cities to address societal challenges.
